Emmanuel Church Hall Rental Information
The Parish Corporation has set the following policies regarding the rental and use of the Church Hall and facilities. The same charges will apply to every hall user, including parishioners, and to all events outside of the regular activities of the parish. In the case of an event catered by the ACW, the rental fee is charged for the hall only and does not include the amount paid to the ACW for catering, which is in addition to the rental cost.
Please note that, as part of our community outreach, Emmanuel will bear the costs and allow non-profit organizations that serve the community to use the hall without charge.
Hall rental charges: These are $200 per day, which includes setup and takedown of tables and chairs.
Kitchen usage: If use of the kitchen is required by an outside caterer or non-parish group, there is an additional charge of $75.
Payment for the Hall should be made to the Parish Office. Cheques should be made out to Emmanuel Church. Apart from funeral receptions, all payments must be accompany the signed Rental Agreement in advance of the event.
Use of dishes is not available to outside groups, caterers, etc.
Additional room usage may be negotiated separately.
Liability Insurance: All groups must show proof of adequate liability insurance (as specified by the Corporation) covering their use of the Hall.
A Rental Agreement is available from the Parish Office and must be reviewed and signed by those renting the hall and returned to the Parish Office before the event takes place.
